It's been almost forty-two years since the Battle of Yavin, but just weeks since the latest Galactic Civil War. With the death of Darth Caedus -- more commonly known as Jacen Solo -- has come an uneasy sort of peace for the galaxy. The Galactic Alliance is recovering under the leadership of Chief of State Natasi Daala; the Imperial Remnant has been reformed with Jagged Fel at its head; and both the Confederation and Hapes Consortium are ... well, they're minding their own business.

This is one of those periods of rest where everyone gets to take a breather; time to kick back and relax with a couple of lomin ales. Han's upgrading the Falcon again, Luke's trying to persuade Ben that it's not very Jedi-like to covet the latest hologames with such enthusiasm, and Mace Windu's teaching the Rontos some basic sparring forms back at the Temple.
